Healing doesn't need to be quiet, and we will die on that hill. Isolation is out, and community is in. If you're an energetic soul, doing the downward dog just isn't going to cut it. TATO is where you'll meet likeminded women for you to continue your self development journey with, and actually have fun along the way!
From group therapy, to a beach club sesh, we start each day of the retreat seriously working on within, and end by letting loose at the likes of Ocean Beach, Bagatelle, Lio, Ushuaïa and Nikki Beach.
