Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending TATO Retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings for TATO Retreats are made through our official website or authorized booking platform.

• A £200 deposit can be made to secure a spot on the retreat, on the guarantee the following payment is made 28 days from the day of the deposit. If a following instalment is not made the spot will be released.

2. No Refund Policy

• Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures from the retreat.

3. Transfer of Booking

• In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Transfers must be made at least 28 days prior to the start of the retreat, paid in full and are subject to availability.

• Any changes to the booking must be communicated via email to tatoretreats@gmail.com and will require approval from the retreat organizer.

4. Cancellations by Retreat Organizers

• In the unlikely event that TATO Retreats is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, force majeure), you will be offered a credit for a future retreat or the opportunity to transfer to another date, depending on availability. If you cannot reschedule, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the retreat organizers.

5. Health & Wellness

• By booking your retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in all scheduled activities. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your physician before attending.

6. Retreat Activities & Scheduling

• Retreat schedules and activities are subject to change at the discretion of the retreat organizers due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any planned activity without notice, though we will make every effort to maintain the integrity of the original retreat experience.

7. Behavioral Expectations

• We expect all participants to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow attendees, staff, and the retreat environment. The retreat is designed to be a safe and supportive space for personal growth. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

8. Liability & Release

• By attending TATO Retreats, you agree to release Jerri Howlett/TATO Retreats, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat. You understand that you participate at your own risk.

9. Photography & Media

• You may be photographed or recorded during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any promotional material, social media, or other marketing materials produced by TATO Retreats

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in England.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
